1. Service

ElserStudio is novel-to-video creation software provided by the ElserStudio Team. The current download is an early test release, and its features, compatibility, and service scope may change.

2. Your content

You retain the rights you hold in content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for ensuring that imported text, images, audio, video, character likenesses, and other media are properly authorized, and for how final works are used and published.

3. AI-generated content

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to existing content. Review results before publishing or commercial use, and ensure compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and third-party terms.

4. Third-party services

Some generation features depend on third-party models or cloud services you select. Pricing, availability, content rules, and data handling are controlled by those providers. ElserStudio cannot guarantee that third-party services remain available.

5. Prohibited use

• Using the software to infringe copyright, privacy, likeness, or other legal rights.
• Creating or distributing illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or realistically harmful content.
• Bypassing safeguards, disrupting services, or accessing accounts or data without authorization.

6. Test release and liability

The test release is provided as is. Back up important projects and source media. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ElserStudio Team is not liable for indirect loss caused by interruption, data loss, third-party failures, or use of generated results.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product and its operations evolve, and will show the latest date on this website. Continuing to use an updated release means accepting the updated terms.
